"We absolutely love All Creatures Animal Hospital. We first brought our rescued bearded dragon here as new owners. The staff helped us get him healthy again. We now also bring our new kitten here & always have a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable on many different types of pets. Everyone is always so friendly & happy to help. "I brought my pet rabbit for an urgent visit because his eyelid was inflamed, and they were able to squeeze me in, so I really appreciated it. The office is really nice and well maintained. The doctor was also very nice and reassured me he was okay. The only thing that threw me off was that the consultation was in the waiting room. Everything was discussed in the waiting room, and they took him back while I stayed in the waiting room, but still 10/10 visits, they're a good office."
"Great clinic, got our hamster checked out when a lump formed, turned out to be lymphoma. They gave him great care then and also when we came back to put him down. They gave us thoughtful remains and a nice card."
"Let’s start with the customer service, which is very rude. I asked for the names they refused to give me full names of the doctor of the person that I was talking to on the phone. I also asked information overall with the business how my supposed to see any type of help if you guys cannot give me names and soon as I mentioned anything about a lawyer, they kept putting me on hold and start being rude to me so I would not recommend going here!! would not recommend going to this place if you have any reptiles!!! my reptile came in for some treatments, vitamin a treatments to be exact he literally has a hole under his chin, which has never happened with any previous veterinarian. I also called this morning to schedule appointment and I called later on in the day because I mentioned on seeking a lawyer if things don’t get better, they decided to reject me not only they said that I called and harassed them all day, which I never did. Whoever the management is is horrible they do not have good customer service at all. They are very disrespectful and rude and do not cater to the customers needs or feelings."
