"I am so happy I brought my dog here. He cut open his paw and was bleeding out badly because he tore through a tendon and shredded an artery. The veterinarian and staff took care of him so quickly. They were very nice and kept me very informed about every step of the process. I have never been to an animal hospital with such a tremendous and caring staff. Hopefully, my dog will never have another accident like this but I would recommend this animal urgent care to anyone who needs it for their beloved pet!! Thank you Animal Urgent Care of Dunwoody!!!"

"Pretty great experience here! Every member of the staff was helpful, kind, and compassionate. We got into a room right away on a Saturday morning and Dr Grove was wonderful. After my dog’s 4th UTI in a year, I got more answers from her than any other vet I have seen. The visit was also very reasonably priced for being an urgent care clinic. Highly recommended."

"Pet: 1.5 yr old mixed breed male neutered cat Illness: Feline Idiopathic Cystitis/FLUTD I brought my cat, Meeko, in to Animal Urgent Care of Dunwoody as they were listed on my primary vet's recommend afterhours critical care list. That Sunday morning began with so much tears and fears, but Dr. Braver and her team saw to Meeko's treatment, transfer, and discharge with kindness, reassurance, transparency, and professionalism. Meeko was showing signs of straining to urinate, but a previous vet had warned me of the possibility of a "flare up" with his idiopathic condition, so I gave him gabapentin that was prescribed to him and tried to monitor him for 24 hours. To no avail, Meeko symptoms grew much more severe and he began vomiting and dispelling blood through his urine. I walked into the AUC's lobby practically in tears, and their receiving vet nurse was very sympathetic and reassuring that they would do what they could for my Meeko. I was coming into the AUC with some pent up frustration and anxiety having already dealt with 2 other vets about Meeko's cystitis and feeling like I not been given any real answers to what was causing his inflammatory episodes. When Dr. Braver came to speak to me about Meeko presenting condition to the urgent care, she was so refreshingly transparent with me about his treatment needs. Meeko's condition had progressed to the point of blocking his urethra and backing up to his kidneys. He would need unblocking through catherization and IV fluids to flush his kidneys. I was told, had I waited any longer it may have been too late for my Meeko. Dr. Braver did not sugar coat anything, despite knowing there is no known cure for FLUTD, she delivered the treatment plan to me in a way that was considerate, empathetic, and real, which I needed. Dr. Braver was willing to break down every step Meeko's urethral unblocking, answering the why's, and explaining the needs for each medication, lab work, etc. Getting those types of answers provided me with much more relief than any of my previous vets had provided. Her vet assistant, Camille, was gentle, approachable, and willing to answer more questions. They were willing to work with me a little on the payment as well, which was very appreciated. Meeko needed to be transferred to a 24/7 vet hospital for further monitoring and Dr. Braver's team took care of that transfer process as well. The vet doctor at the 24hr hospital even spoke well Dr. Braver's explanation of Meeko's treatment over the phone."

"I don’t think I can express in words how amazing and wonderful the staff here is and how much gratitude and appreciation I have for them. We are from out of state and visiting family, we originally took our dog to a vet close by due to possible uti. The other vet shaved her area so close it caused the worse case of razor burn Ive seen in 36 years of my life as well as an infection of the skin. Our dog wouldn’t urinate or stand for 24 hours due to severe pain. Not only was the staff here completely sympathetic and understanding on the phone but in person they were even more caring and explained everything every step of they way. 24 hours after they helped our girl and medication they prescribed shes 75% normal. I just want to say thank you and if we ever need anything your the only place we will be coming back to."

"My pup Riley came in very sick and was diagnosed with pneumonia. They were able to prioritize her health and give her the best care. She is back to being her normal self and cuddling with her food bowls. The staff is all so friendly and kind. They helped me out a lot during this stressful time."
