"VCA Dunwoody was our initial vet, however they went downhill when VCA took them over, and an excellent vet (Dr Lucero) left. We had switched to VCA Sandy Springs, however they recently closed and merged back to the Dunwoody location and another excellent vet (Dr Graye) also left. VCA Dunwoody then attempted to charge us for another unnecessary appointment to replenish a heartworm order that was already placed, I understand for legal reasons, but not even offering a complimentary visit because our vet had quit. VCA Dunwoody will continue to nickel and dime their customers. We are gladly done with them and have found a new clinic with much better customer service. I can’t wait to see what laughable reply the manager attempts to drop after this fair and honest review to try to defend VCA. Instead, they should be apologizing and focusing their energy on doing better."

"I'm very happy I take my cat to VCA Dunwoody. They are very sweet with her and accommodating to her anxiety- even doing part of the exam while she laid in the sink because that's where she was most comfortable! They were kind and gentle during the exam and explained everything thoroughly to me."
