"The store had a bum asking for money in the parking lot, l informed the girl working in the store and she didn’t even acknowledge and just walked off. This happened on 2/15/24. We are in a sad shape with customer service. All she had to do is say is she would take care of it and call law enforcement. Also, try to find a way to contact management? If she was the manager we all are in a toilet bowl."

"how about this you people complain about how our parking lot looks or how our store is stop throwing your trash on the ground and out of your car and use the trash can and when it's comes to the store.We can't get any help no one wants to work all the way out there so the store doesnt look well yes but out manager does a dam fine job for what she does Stop getting mad at the fact there isn't any staff and the fact we may close because of it. Start a application for this location it's posted on the door of the coolers how to apply must be 18 and older because we sell beer and cigarettes"

"This is the newest dollar general in town, but also the trashiest. Literally, there is always trash everywhere. You need to step over garbage to make it to the front door. None of the other stores and gas stations in the area have the trash problem this location does; perhaps because they are managed well and the owners take pride in their business. This store also opens (very) late, closes early, is rarely stocked, and clearly lacks competent managment. If you need to grab an item quickly go to the older DG location near Conner. The Appalachee store is not worth supporting and honestly brings down the value of the surrounding area with its poor facility maintenance and nonexistant standards for professionalism."

"Closing hours should be listed as: “to whenever” Or “closing early because we only have one staff member today” Or “our system is down due to bad weather” (Even when that is absolutely not true. Yes, I know this for fact.) Most nights they do not stay open until 10 pm. In my experience, I have encountered the store being closed as early as 6, 7, 8 and 9pm. The store is otherwise great. Just be prepared to possibly waste your time and gas if you plan a trip in the evening."
