"If I could rate it no stars I would. I stood in line with one item yesterday and was the first one at the counter. And the cashier was told to ring me up by another employee but she skipped over me ringing two other ladies with several other items then started on their layaway. I stood there for at least 15 mins for one item waiting to be rung up on. I just placed item on the counter and left. The customer service at this location is terrible!! And that young cashier should be ashamed of herself."
"I brought something back that I decided didn't look so good and was going to get something else until the manager or whoever she was notices that the zipper was broken then tried to imply I broke the zipper when I and never tried the outfit on or looked at the zipper part cause as I said the outfit wasn't that cute to me then she going to say that if she noticed it was broken she would have took it off the floor....I went off on her and I'm never buying anything else from there again!! She tried it!! I guess it hurt to give back that 21 dollars!"
