"I've been going to the location on Philema Rd for many years. The prices have gone up, and services have gone down. Nobody greets you anymore. Instead, they just look you and go back to their cell phones. I've had so many problems with mold and expired food until it's not worth it for me."

However, after making a purchase with Kylie (incorrect price) and realizing after making it home and having to return to the store for my credit, it seemed as if it was a HUGE inconvenience for her to process my refund not only that but the refund amount was given to me in only coins (which was clearly optional). I do not appreciate bad customer service or an uncalled for attitude. I know how powerful word of mouth is. So I say please be mindful of how customers are being treated."
