"I watched Keith display incredible customer service when multiple customers needed help and other associates wanted someone else to handle them and Tony at the door was amazing and super friendly. Definitely enjoyable shopping when interacting with them! Will update each time I come back."
"Overall the store was clean and well maintained. Found some really good deals on clearance items. The only bad spot was that the mens bathroom at the front of the store was in horrible shape. Both urinals out of order, the stall doors were both broken, only 1 of the 3 sinks worked and it smelled like someone had been smoking weed in there."
"I had an eye appointment. That gets 5 stars. Fantastic optometrist. Fantastic customer service by the rest of the team with purchasing and fitting glasses. Shopping in Wal-Mart gets 3 stars. Only a few registers open with cashiers and self check out, many of those were closed. So, at Christmas it really wasn't that busy, BUT you would have thought it was due to how long it took to check out. Average score- 4 stars."
"I was so grateful on this day. The cashier and supervisor assisted me in processing a gift card payment from Walmart Card. For some reason, it didn't work, but the supervisor on this day and I wished I knew their names, they were so patient in trying to figure out a way for this transaction to be processed. I was really happy for their customer service and patience to bring a positive outcome to this issue. It was a great experience for them to take the time to assist me in time of need. Thank you so much!"
"So many shelves are empty, found most of what I wanted... Looking at mountain bicycles, need to stock more 26" & 27.5", can't imagine there are that many folks over 6' buying the 29"... Bike accessories shelves are empty, needed a tire tool... Boxes galore in the aisles, must need to hire folks... Otherwise, a decent Walmart..."
