"Me and my family are in line now. One of the customer service people, Matt on register 1 called the guest in front of us then walked away after he served them. He then went to the other side of the counter where he served a guest who had just walked up. We only had one item. I’m not sure if his actions were in accordance with store policy but it seemed weird to me.. has anyone else experienced this at a Dick’s Sporting Goods store?"

"Manager was great helped with me price matching due to improper marking. However, older gentleman in golf section needs a better attitude and doesn’t belong in sales. Would have left with $1200 golf clubs felt like I was a bother to him. Terrible attitude, terrible employee."
