"If I could leave zero stars I certainly would. Today I was racially profiled while shopping at the Dillards in Newnan at Ashley Park. The staff there were unfriendly and displayed a discriminatory attitude towards me. While selecting shoes for my mother, I approached a black female staff member to inquire about the size. Unfortunately, she was unhelpful and claimed to not know the size without even checking, despite my numerous attempts to ask. I did end up purchasing two pairs of shoes from the store, I am dissatisfied with the treatment I received from this particular staff member"
"My Family and I went to visit Dillard’s to purchase my son some shoes. We had the most phenomenal experience with a lady named Ms. Debbie at the make up counter. First she asked me if I wanted to be color match and I told her that I was pressed for time. She said OK but I stopped back by as I realize I had more time than I thought. She quickly myself, my sister and my mom perfectly. She took her time with us, and made sure that we were all very comfortable and informative of our new products. She made us feel like family. It’s was an experience everyone should have. She’s so fun! Thanks Debbie!!!!!!"

"i’ve been walking around this area for about 45 minutes trying to find someone to return some earrings I bought. No one is at a register, there’s one guy at a register, but he is helping three other people while I stand around. Ughh. when Dillards will update their interior? The carpet has stains from years and years and years and years ago. Such a great anchor store in the shopping center, it would be great if they would update even their bags. Something as simple as that."
