"The manager at this location named Rosa was extremely nasty and rude. She was horrible to her employees and had a bad attitude with me the customer. She told me I couldn’t get my money back but when I threatened and said I will be going to another one she changed her tune. I will not come hack to this tj Maxx again."
"I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location! When I was at this store over the weekend at check out the cashier offered for me to sign up for their rewards system. Little did I know she was having me sign up for the credit card when I did not want the credit card. Once I started putting in my information, I realized I was putting in information for a credit card and told her I do not want a credit card. She told me there is nothing that can be done now I have to continue with the application. Today I attempted to contact TJ Mac credit card company to cancel the application. They were absolutely useless and said there was nothing they could do to cancel it and would not advise me on what the next best steps would be. Due to this cashiers neglect for properly informing people on what they signed up for I have to try other avenues to get this off my credit report because I did not want this card and would never use it."
