"The last time I been to this store location was on 12/22/22/. The cashier who were serving customers was horrible. Two lines were open due to the store being backed up. So in turn, I got in the first line which was probably my biggest mistake because the line was real long. When the cashier finally said that the next person standing in line can be taken, I thought I was the next customer due to the first line moving faster. So when I tried to go to her line to check out, the cashier got a nasty attitude with me and tried to accuse me of skipping the other customer who was in front of me. I was not trying to skip that customer at all.All I did was walk behind the customer to her line. That was it. I wish I got her name and reported her because don't nobody pop off on me with a nasty attitude. I hope this cashier is no longer employed at the store although I have not been back ever since that happened."

"Due to family circumstances I was barely able to make to the Americus store 10 minutes before closing 4 days before Christmas. When I arrived at the store an associate was standing in the doorway and the doors were locked, 10 minutes early. The associate refused to open the door. Will not be shopping here again."

"A negative 3-star rating (if it were a thing) would be too generous of a rating for this pharmacy. Rapid employee turnover rate and the staff that is there presently are mostly rude and incompetent, most notably the pharmacist himself. I was a customer for years and noticed this gradual quality downgrade in recent years. Well, the proverbial camel's vertebrae-fracturing straw has been dropped and I won't be doing business with the Americus Walgreens again."

"Rebecca in pharmacy is rude and inpatient when it comes to customers and their needs. Save yourself the hassle and go to CVS across the street for better customer service."

"I've used this pharmacy on and off throughout the years. I've never had an unpleasant experience. My RX has never been messed up, even when I'm between states. If a place is busy, it's just busy. Not the fault of the pharmacy. Thank you!"
