"I took 22 hats to Lids at Perimeter Mall upstairs near the at&t and had a very horrible experience with Dee the manager. I provided one logo to go on 11 black hats and 11 maroon hats. Dee took it upon herself to switch my logo from red to black for 11 maroon hats without my knowledge. I found out when the hats were ready that she changed the color from red to black, which made the hats hard to read (dark embroidery on a dark hat). It took another manager to tell her to reimburse me for my hat cost and also redo the embroidery. She initially wanted to only give me $50.00. She redid the hats in the red embroidery, however the hats were poorly done. The stitching is horrible and unprofessional and unfortunately for the standard I have for my business. I am currently removing stitching that connects where it should not. I will never go back and spend another penny. Dee's attitude was unprofessional due to her own mistake. If you want your hats done correctly DO NOT LET DEE DO THE WORK! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn't want to deal with her attitude again so I opted to take the connecting stitching out myself! Ridiculous! I don't wrote reviews, however as I look at these hats that I PAID FOR, the more disgusted I have become with the work done. HORRIBLE!"

"Kiana H at Lids is terrible! I brought back a hat that I couldn’t wear and she refuse to take it back. Saying it was too dirty. The brim of the hat is not to her liking. She dared me to reach out to corporate because she said they would believe her over me. Her customer service skills were terrible. She shouldn’t be in retail with a nasty attitude. This was the worst experience. I will tell my team to never buy anything from this location/ company again. She’s pathetic !"

"What are the purpose of store hours? Apparently nothing. On 11/13/21 this lame pictured closes the store early when the hours say 8pm and it was 745. Then the excuse is always we are closing. Then he gets attitude trying to justify. Bro you close after the time is posted. It says 8pm not 745. Plus all the other stores in the mall had there doors still open up to the posted time. But these are the lazy types of people companies hire and turn away sales. I knew what I needed wouldnt have taken no more than 5mins. But Ill glady take my money to another store."

"I took my son to this location for his very first time and purchase his very first fitted cap and wow was he excited!!! I seen a smile on my son's face I will never in life forget.. He is 19 months old and he loves looking at Daddy's baseball caps and reaching for them so I said "Son let's go to lids and purchase your very first fitted cap..He was overwhelmed by all the hats he can pick from.. I let him pick his own hat which was an Atlanta Braves hat and he loves it!! He smiled he even felt like he knew he had something special.. This is something he will remember for the rest of his life.. My dad took me to buy my very first baseball fitted cap at Lids.. Now on top that the customer service was phenomenal!! I wanted a hat just like my son's hat but they were out of my size although the gentleman working said let me check one more time and see if we can find your size 7 1/4 he looked through all those caps again until he found the last one left in my size wow!! And it was just like my son in the exact size I needed.. Lids I want to say thank you for making this moment special for me and my son and the customer service was phenomenal!!! On top of that we are going to come back next weeks and purchase four more hats and make it out of an event for me and my son if there are any other dads and Sons that would like to come with us come in below and let's make memories with their children.. Thanks again Lids!!"

"Inside of Perimeter Mall and easy to find on the lower level when you enter the mall by Macy’s area. Although it had the hat washer protector I was in search or it was not sturdy. Years ago I had one that was firm and I didn’t want to buy this one and waste my money. I will look elsewhere for better quality. They have an embroidery station to the right when you first walk into the location. A vast variety of hats for all teams and a large jersey/clothing selection to choose from. Currently they have a great sale on hats buy one get one half price and some other selected items. The two employees I encountered today did a great job. A female who greeted us upon arrival and directed us to our desired item and a young male cashier who helped me with the hats. Keep up the good work and good customer service."
