"I visited recently for the first time... was very impressed at the cleanliness of the store and the quality and selection of rods, reels, and baits. They cater to the bass fisherman, I wish there were at least some things for panfishing. Customer service stopped after "hello." I understand everyone has their bad days, so I'll chalk it up to that and return for a second chance."

"Tried to support my local business and called about buying a $2500 kayak. They said it wasn’t in stock and would take 3 months to get it. I found another dealer a hour away from me, purchased it that same day on Friday and the kayak delivered to my house on Monday. I left a 2 star review and just called to make sure the dealer/owner was aware of what had happened. He wasn’t there but I spoke with a gentleman Hubert who remembered me from earlier asking about this kayak and said he cares about his job and I had a threatened his livelihood by my google review, explains multiple times they can’t just get kayaks when I want one and then calls me rude when I tell him I don’t care to listen him repeat it over and over while also being condescending. I get a email that night asking what went wrong and and why I didn’t checkout my cart. I explained what happened and got a email back from the owner this time who said while he needs to do a better job of explaining the kayak inventory process to his employees, he didn’t appreciate me trying to ruin his business and continued to berate me, never apologized for the situation, telling me I don’t understand how the process of buying kayaks works. It seems the google reviews/honest opinions of customers really set these people off."

"If fishing is your thing then this is the shop you need to visit. I had a problem with a bearing in one of my spinning reels and Brandon fixed it before I even left the shop. Travis will always make sure you are squared away and help you get what you are looking for. Stephen always posts great deals on gear and will take care of anything you need. Everyone there is very knowledgeable. These guys do it right. Stop in, you will be impressed. It is my favorite tackle shop in the country. Thanks Summerland!"

"Exceptional customer service! I was in the market for some Hobie kayaks and had a plan to drive 2 hours to get them on a Friday evening. Pulling out on my way I realized I would show up a few minutes after they closed, I forgot about the time change! Travis and the boys kept the lights on and went out of their way to make this an extremely positive experience. I have nothing but good things to say. I will tell everyone I know looking for a Hobie to head their way. Love it, thanks guys!"

"This is the only place I'll go in town for rods, reels and lures. Great location with tons of selection. Good group of guys working here too. They will help make sure you get the best rod and/or reel for the style of fixing you are looking to do, while staying in whatever budget you have. I've also had a rod repair done here and they did a great job. The New rod tip was great. Looked like it came straight from the factory. If your looking for fishing and kayaking supplies,do yourself a favor and come here first"
