"I was shopping here one night and I was just browsing the racks and I was being stared at by an associate and was verbally attacked by the associate and a manager. It wasn’t tolerated and I was embarrassed for how they acted. I left immediately for my safety as they followed me around the store. Nice products for a fair price but I’ll be absolutely shopping at the Peachtree city location and other locations for now on. I’ll never step foot into this one again."

"Overall good Ross store but the clothes were packed too tight on the racks. Service was good such a busy store and this time of year. The checkout lines moved quite well."

"If I could I would give 0 stars. I went in this store to return items I purchased with my hard earned money and I had a receipt and was treated like I was dirt . Cheney (that’s what he said his name was) is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a store. If ROSS hires people with this type of behavior and terrible character and lack of any form of decent customer service I will not be wasting any more of my money in any of their stores and I frequent their stores quite often. I was loud talked, laughed at, ridiculed, embarrassed in front of a store full of people and I really do not appreciate it at all. I should have recorded him and called a lawyer!! It’s always your own kind and then people wonder why you stay away from patronizing our folks!! Smh"

"Not too busy & pretty good selection. Also seems like they're taking better care to keep things up off the floor & hung up. Still wish people would put items back where they actually go, but I guess that's just asking too much!!"

"For years I have been shopping with Ross. If I had a frequent shopper point system, by the end of any year, I may have at least $500.00 in shopping value. Almost, I like to think, a savings account for Christmas shopping. I have no idea why my review started with the above mentioned idea, statement or insight. Any who... As they say. Not only do they have an extensive inventory of some of my favorite brands such as Under armour, Ralph Lauren, Aeropostle, DKNY, Levi's, Ray-Ban. Just to name a few. The prices are about one third of what one would pay elsewhere. I must also mention that it certainly is nice to have the staff members know you by name. Infact, I have been very impressed with a very low turn over rate with staff members. They are always helpful, and on point in moving the customers thru the check out process. Kudos to one of my favorites... Ross thanks for being apart of my life!"
