My review is going to be based off of my experience at this shop a few days ago… The moment my friend and I walked in the shop, Sam was there to greet us. In fact, my friend and Sam had spoken on the phone prior to arrival regarding a specific moped he wanted. The customer service between Sam, the young woman at the cashier, and the mechanics was amazing from beginning to end. My friend purchased a new moped and requested it be costumed to his liking. Sam informed my friend that it would be ready the following day by noon, and it was. I will update review as needed on any repairs the moped may require in the future, but our first impression experience was top-notch."
