"I recently visited Win Condition Games for my birthday, a visit I had been eagerly anticipating after a decade away from card shops. My excitement, however, quickly turned to disappointment, primarily due to the store's staff attitude and buying policies. Upon evaluating their offer for one of my cards, I found it significantly underpriced. This alone was a letdown, but I was willing to overlook it until I encountered their customer service, or lack thereof. The main issue centered around a staff member, particularly a mostly bald, white individual, whose demeanor was more than just off-putting. His apparent annoyance at every customer interaction and his preoccupation with personal activities, like watching sports or Twitch streams, was blatantly evident. This kind of attitude is particularly unacceptable in a community-centric setting like a card shop. Despite spending $200, the experience left us questioning whether we would ever return. For newcomers to Yu-Gi-Oh, such an unwelcoming environment is discouraging. The staff's behavior is a crucial factor when choosing a local spot to support and participate in tournaments, and unfortunately, this experience at Win Condition Games has greatly diminished our enthusiasm. In conclusion, the thought of returning to a place where such service is the norm is disheartening. A store that could have been a wonderful avenue to rekindle a hobby instead became a significant turnoff."

"They have a huge section for players to come in and hang out. The store has really grown over the years. Very nice staff. Decent prices on single cards."

"What a great experience!! I found Win Condition online searching for Pokémon stores in Atlanta. About a 35 minute drive so almost didn’t go. So I glad I did!! First impression walking in is that it’s super clean and super organized! Then I was greeted by the staff behind the counter. I have gotten so used to walking in card shops and have being ignored by the staff it was a pleasant surprise. Then once I got to talking to them the experience just kept getting better. Jenna and Logan were extremely helpful and informative. I was wanting to learn about Japanese pokemon and they didn’t disappoint. The I noticed their singles case and that they had several I was looking for to complete Obsidian Flames. I started going through my list and Jenna stopped what she was doing to help me find a good number of cards I was missing. Normally I get “just dig in the look through boxes”. Not here. Great store, great staff and awesome selection and great prices. Will happily make the 25 mile drive to keep my business here. Thank you again for the awesome experience Win Condition!!!"

"Place has a great selection on gaming equipment from pokemon to mtg. They also have a wide selection on collectable cards and anime merch and figures. There staff are always very kind and willing to help. They also run small tournaments throughout the week."
