"I am giving this Famous Footwear a 1 star (I wish I could give it 0 stars) because I had to wait in line to purchase 1 pair of shoes for 25 minutes and I ended up leaving the shoes there and walking out. There was only one cashier working and one person working the floor. THATS IT! They were the only people working the whole store! I would DEFINITELY NOT go here to purchase shoes! Also, I am going to call corporate to tell them about my experience at this Famous Footwear."
"The manager was very kind and helpful and gave me wise advice to not settle on a pair of shoes if I was not fully satisfied. That showed me he cares more about his customers than he does making money."
"Shoes, selection and prices are always awesome. I was amazed by the customer service. The gentleman working was attentive, he spoke with every customer and he also offered assistance with questions and merch. As I was checking out I asked if he was the manager, he stated he was. He has a gift of making everyone feel important, while still seeming genuine. I have shopped this location in the past, this was the first time I had the pleasure of meeting him. Due to his attentive but not smothering behavior I will return often, as well as mention this location to others. I wish I could post 100 stars!"
