"Nice employees, but very slow repair. I asked them to replace a tube and re-tension a wheel on a Friday morning. Each day I called, they said the mechanic isn't in today. Now it's Thursday, and I got the same response. This is normally something that could be done within 24 hrs. I'll try another shop next time."

While racing at Triathlon Collegiate Nationals outside of Atlanta, I was involved in a crash and needed a decent bit of work done on my bike (new derailleur, cable, chain, and rear wheel).
