"The people in this store are decently friendly, but it is an atmosphere where they treat everyone like they are going to steal. The representative seemed surprised that I wanted to try on shoes and then only brought one. He said he could only bring two if he could stand there are watch me?? Again, he seemed decently friendly, but appeared to be following rules... strange. I bought the shoes anyway, because I like the shoes and because I tried on both of them..."
"Went with daughter to purchase a specific shoe. The salesperson would not sell her the shoes. She went outside and placed order online to force the sale. I would give this experience zero stars if possible."
"Every time I have been to the Hibbett Sports in Newnan, staff has been great! Someone has always greeted me upon entry and they are attentive without being overbearing (none of that awkward hovering and following you around stuff). I was particularly impressed with the young man who helped my daughter with her shoes at our last visit. He even asked to see her dress so he could better match it to her shoes for the Sneaker Ball. I have never had to look far for assistance, and I’m usually asked by more than one person if I need any help. You clearly hire well, but this also speaks to training of staff because good service at this location is consistent with the variety of people I have encountered there. HAPPY CUSTOMER!"
"Customer service was a zero. Tall light complexion guy with low hair cut was very rude and sarcastic before even servicing me. And mind you I’m a woman but it shouldn’t matter. He should learn proper customer service etiquette. I see why it was empty in there. Go to another location w/ better customer service if you’re reading this."
"Where to start! My money spends anywhere and it will definitely not be here ever again!! Rude is an understatement!! “The MANAGER” yelling at me from across the store about a size!! Keep in mind there was more than enough workers to assist customers vs yelling across the store!! During our check out experience just NASTY. I will be returning the shoes to purchase and spend my money at another store!! The entire store needs customer service training ESPECIALLY the “manager” he needs a completely new behind the scene type of position where he doesn’t deal with the public!!! Don’t spend your money at this (NEWNAN) location!!!!!!!!!!"
