"If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on September 2022. Was told short staffed and short on supplies. Which I understood at the time. Emailed late November was told "per the main man" that it should be shipped first week of December 2022. Still nothing. I've emailed I'm not sure how many times with no response."
"Ordered seat pad and strap. Supposedly, order was shipped 2/27. Still not received on 3/14. I've emailed twice to find out if shipped with no response. Now, I get error message when I try to pull up my orders."
