"I would like to point out I have no issues with Community Pool & Spa. My wife and are looking for a pool installer and I went into Community Pool & Spa for a referral. They were very nice, helpful and sincere. However they need to know referring Pro Atlas , Inc would not be a good idea for them in the future. See my posting below on Pro Atlas. Pro Atlas, Inc. Review I have to tell you this is a really lousy company. I am a small business owner myself and to be honest I really don’t like to do reviews. Mark and Debbie at Pro Atlas pushed me over the top. I was referred to them by Community Pool and Spa (which I think is a good company). My wife and I are looking for a pool. We had a short appointment with Mark before the 4th of July. It was a rushed appointment because he had to be at a funeral. Totally understandable. However, from the very short appointment we had, it got us to do some thinking on what we really wanted. So my wife contacted Debbie in his office (you can never get a hold of Mark) and set an another appointment. That was 2 weeks ago. Mark never showed. Okay maybe it was a miscommunication. Debbie called on Friday the day before the appointment to confirm and left us a voice mail. We tried calling back but it was after hours. I am thinking they are not dead beats and it was a miscommunication. So I decided I will reschedule the appointment. Talk to Debbie on Tuesday of this week and we set up the appointment for today Saturday at 10am. She said she would reconfirm with me on Thursday. I called her Thursday and confirmed the appointment. Guess what? Mark never showed and never bothered to call us or communicate with us in any way. I called the office because I think Mark’s cell is top secrete and left a message. Still no communication. It is funny you think if you get a referral from someone that the company being referred is a good company and has good standards and you will be treated with courtesy and respect. Not by Mark, Debbie or Pro Atlas, Inc. I guess they did not get the email to not disrespect people. In all sincerity, if you are reading this review, I would not use these people. This guy totally wasted two Saturday morning’s and I think people need to know what they would be getting into. I also need to mention, when we finally have our pool installed we will buy our supplies from Community Pool & Spa."

"Total clowns - DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people! These guys are total amateurs and crooks to boot. I ordered a $400 spa cover from them that they guaranteed would be delivered in 2 weeks. Over a month later I have no cover and they will not refund my money! The owners are husband and wife and the wife is a ditz who promised me money back (in writing no less) and then the husband stepped in and refused to honor the guarantee. Nothing they EVER say will be done. They do not return calls, do not honor their guarantees and have no idea how to run a real business. They think that by not taking my calls or answering emails somehow this is going to stop me from getting my money back."
