"Seems like stock is somewhat lacking and the staff yelled at us for trying to look at items in what seemed like an abandoned cart. I guess it was stuff they were putting back on the shelf but really didn't understand why we weren't allowed to look. She chastised us like children. Otherwise I found beautiful dinnerware."
"I really wanted to make a purchase, but when the line wraps around the whole store during the holiday season and there are only 3 registers open. I saw quite a few people walk out, so did I it is ridiculous."
"Huge turn around!!! My previous shopping experience was horrible,but I’m surprised by my last visit. The shelves were organized .The employees was using their inside voices and not screaming or yelling across the store.I used to hear them laugh so laughed I could hear their voice echo all the way to the changing room.The employees wasn’t taking turns stalking me as usual.I think they got new management or let the rude customers with poor work ethic go.Ross team members Keep up the good work."
"Pretty dirty and disorganized. This is pretty much my last stop when I'm deal hunting. Every now and again I find something here but I'm more likey to find something good at a different discount store."
"Its a nice place to buy clothes and household stuff but for some reason inside is pretty empty most of the time, meaning not so much choice. Once you find stuff you like, you will be satisfied with quality an price. In this peak season of covid, having less people inside is good for shopping. Overall not bad store."
