"Phil has great customer service skills. My husband and I felt like family not just customers. We came in just shopping around and Phil took his time showing us all the different beds and features. We told him we wanted to look around at some other places and he said he understood. He gave us a print out of what we wanted and what it could potentially cost. He said he would give us a call in a few days. He called and I was out off town and he said he would call back the follow week. He did but we still hadn't made up our minds. I liked that he continued to check with us but wasn't pushy. I will definitely recommend this location."
