"Good customer service. Helped me put together bday balloons. On time. Nice folks. Balloons stayed inflated for a week. Get balloon measurements. My car was too small to fit balloons, and I had to make two trips."
"Went in to get balloons for my sons first birthday, employee behind the desk stated that helium balloons do not float for more than 3-4 hours and to come back around time of party. Upon looking online Party City put out a statement that their balloons will stay inflated for 18+ hours. It seems like corporate needs to make a visit as all these reviews are the same outcome, the employees not wanting to do said job or being rude to customers."
"I was picking up a order for balloons and as I patiently waited, I step aside as courtesy to a customer that was looking at balloons, I heard the manager name Bry, tell another associate that she was not worry about my wait time because another driver would pick up the order if I canceled, I was the only driver there, so I immediate responded are you talking about me cause I’m still here, they look of surprise on her face, it is New Years Eve, and I guess she was overwhelmed by the on going orders, this was around 4:15 p.m, because if the lack of respect from her I did cancel the order not because of the edit time but because of Bry disrespect to me as a delivery’"
"Cashier stated she check the pack to assure everything was inside. Due to no return policy….. Basically she did not! Day of Halloween and no mask inside. So what is the policy for inaccurate checks and I don’t have what I purchased…… beyond pissed!!!! People do not take their jobs seriously…. It’s the customers that keeps them employed…..Never shop at this location again. Not to mention the register froze up and I had to wait."
