"This establishment is not so bad considering there is no competition. The one on Lamar had a good customer helper. I think she is gone now. Don't do a LOT of shopping in these two store."
"I purchased hair from this establishment. This was only my second time being in this store and realized I bought the wrong style of hair when I asked if I could get the correct style (since I noticed that the hair was not even available on the floor) I was first asked did I want a different color. I responded no ma’am I would like a different style the same brand but a different style. The woman at the counter then told me they do not give any exchanges. If there are no exchanges why ask about the color of the hair. I was told I was basically out of money because I cannot use this hair. I wasn’t out of the store for 5mins when I realized it was the wrong hair. Most certainly a very unsatisfied customer."
