"This place has really gone downhill. The food was dry, overcooked and tasteless. And the owner does not like to pay his workers a fair wage. If you need a job, do NOT trust this owner. He might hire you and refuse to pay you at all. Horrible place, horrible owner. I will never go here again. And I do not recommend."
"Ordered pick-up online, went to get it and apparently, staff does not know how to read or just don’t care to because they gave my order, that I paid for, to someone else without even checking! I was frustrated and said just refund me but the manager said three times they couldn’t ; finally said he would, which further irritated me as apparently he didn’t know what he could or couldn’t do; strikes confidence for sure! No apologies, mostly excuses, for their screw up, and they manage said they could make it again but again, no trust in their ability to do their job correctly! I’ll be checking back daily to ensure they didn’t give my refund to someone else! Go to IHOP or Cracker Barrel…this place sucks!"
"I absolutely love it here, the night manager Mr.Fred always has this establishment clean and pristine. The restrooms are always clean fully stocked and smell amazing. The night staff have the best personalities and I adore them for their hard work and customer service. They are always smiling and welcoming when I come in. I literally feel like home when I come in, I’ve been eating Denny’s since I was a little girl, this is the only restaurant that reminds me of home. Let’s not forget that the food is always fresh and well prepped. More restaurants should learn from Denny’s and Mr.Fred and his amazing staff!"
"Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location. We were sat, the table directly across from us was not cleared from the last customers. We were there for at least 45 minutes and during that time the manager asked one of the servers to clear the table and they replied that it wasn’t their table so no. You could hear the line cooks yelling at each other on how to cook the food and food dying in the pass."
"New Management is sooo much better Our waitress Shonda is the absolute BEST! She is super friendly and pays attention to detail always making sure her customers are taken care of…definitely worth the request"
