"1/10 experience. I typically don’t write any bad reviews, but I felt like this was needed. I walked in the stylist(Kitaj), Started doing my hair (getting a lace front wig installed) Then she stopped and told me to go sit elsewhere and pulled another customer to finish her hair. I thought this was very unprofessional as to when you start one hair you should finish it to the end. And then I ended up slipping and falling in the Salon due to hair being on the floor that was strike number two for me. Overall, I felt like the experience was unprofessional. I felt like the stylish rushed me to get my hair done to collect her money. Which I understand but one thing as a stylist you should always make your customers/clients feel comfortable and at ease. You never know if that person was having bad day and that may have been the only time to relax and clear their mind. Please be mindful of how you’re conducting your business."
