"Today, two others and I decided to enjoy lunch at this location. We received the same server we had about a week and a half ago (looks like a middle-aged woman, grey hairs, only one that was taking the orders and giving drinks); i don’t know what’s changed as she was beyond rude. She initially told us that they only had water and tea available, which is fine. I ordered a strawberry lemonade flavored cocktail and she snapped, “i just said we only have tea!” I repeated the drink— again, she snapped, “THAT’S LIQUOR!” I confirmed my knowledge to the type of drink it was. After she brought the drinks, she hastily took the order— did not repeat or confirm the order, she just turned around to the next table and took their orders with a WAY better attitude. I requested to be served by someone else but they were short staffed. She did not come refill any drinks or check to see if anything was missing or the typical “how’s everything going?” but did it with everyone around us. That’s terribly unacceptable, if we’re being honest. I was not pleased."

"I know there are some huge fans, but it’s just not for me. My favorite thing there is the queso. Really not that big of a fan of the chicken crispers, but they’re pretty good. The burger my friend got looked awesome! The dip trio is solid, but nothing about Chili’s lights my world on fire. This is a good Chili’s, as Chili’s go"

"Average experience, I visited this place first time because the one on apalache parkway was closed and thought this would be a great place based on the neighbourhood but I was wrong. The server was rude and rushed us to order, also denied our request to sit in a different place because of the air conditioner. It was very cold inside at the seats next to the bar. We ordered 3 sampler, chicken fajitas, chips and guacamole, shrimp pasta, and chicken crispers. Food tastes good except the chicken tenders. I took 2-1 beers and they gave me two beers at the same time and requested to get one at a time again she denied. I don’t know why but other chilies locations they will bring one after other one. I will not come again to this location!"
