"I traveled literally 80 miles to catch a vibe at cru because every time i go to Atlanta they never disappoint . ALWAYS A VIBE. This location will literally have you feeling other wise . It's definitely NOT IT ! It gives classless! THE MANAGER ON THE 12/30 SHIFT OF THIS LOCATION LITERALLY IS NOT MANAGER MATERIAL AT ALL . It's a no for me and I will not be back ! This is place literally made for a total different vibe and not the cru vibe I'm used to . CHANGE THE NAME and stop making cru name look bad . Automatic 30 percent gratuity for piss poor service yeah never again ."
"Manager said they had chicken thawing out at 11pm. I never heard nothing like it. I went to CRU in another city and this experience at Albany location makes their brand look horrible. Place full of jits not paying for anything."
"I just visited this location today... I had reservations for 7:30. I arrived they stated they weren't open yet. So me and my friends waited 30 min. We finally went inside.. it was dirty everywhere... it was ash on the seats left over from the hookah. The floor was dirty..furthermore, the tables were dirty. There was a pile of trash in the middle of the floor right beside the bar. The atmosphere was terrible! The waitress was insanely rude! She stated we were late.. so we couldn't change our seat. Very nasty place... the Atlanta locations are better!"
"If you’re USED to a Cru experience, this would be the worst ever! When I arrived, there was absolutely no one working the door to greet & seat customers for their reservations.. you basically just walk in and help yourself! every one was all over the place! Also, There were absolutely NO security guards in sight the ENTIRE night!! Never seen anything like it. A good first and last time for me. I don’t advise anyone to celebrate a special occasion here. Definitely just “something to do”"
