"Went to Popeyes on Sam Nunn Perry Ga. Everything I ask for, the reply was "We are out" or I can't do that. The chicken was not seasoned at all. Plain, hot sauce didn't even help. I use to eat at this location all the time, but was quickly reminded why I stopped. It was going to complete an online survey. Guess what? No store number on the receipt...lol too funny! Poor service"
"I ordered spicy chicken and they told me it would be a 15 minute wait so they could cook some fresh and hot. I was fine with that. But when I got home I discovered that they gave me the regular instead of the spicy. At least it was hot and fresh"
"We went in to eat. However, once we went in they locked the door. I guess they did not want customers to dine in. I also used restroom so that was probably an issue. When we were ready to leave the door was still locked so we let ourselves out. But they relocked it before another customer could go in."
"The young man at the register was very courteous. How ever watching an employee walking around with his pants under his buttocks was gross. I don’t care when people wear pants like that, but not where your food is being prepared. Shame at Popeyes for allowing that kind of attire."
"When I arrived they told me it would be a 12-minute wait because they needed to fry chicken so I waited, but they didn't offer any concessions for the inconvenience. No complimentary tea or maybe throw in some extra biscuits......Good customer service is rare nowadays apparently. It's the little things that matter and help a business stand apart from the crowd."
