"We found black pieces of mildew in the ice. We told the employees and they blew us off by saying, “Yeah, I wouldn't drink that if I were you.” They didn’t offer any reassurance of fixing the problem or off offering us bottled drinks. The food was just as good as it always is. However, the response from the employees regarding this topic, concerned us."
"I had a fabulous time here! The food was much better than I expected for the location and the price. Fresh grilled salmon on plump, well-sauced noodles, yes please! If I had any feedback it would be to offer eat-here food on plates, instead of already boxed up. But that’s a tiny quibble. Will eat here again!"
"I did a pick up order of 4 rolls and fried rice. Were they fast? Yes. Were they friendly? Yes. It seemed clean when I entered and they were nice and welcoming. The rolls are decently priced as compared to places in Southern Indiana. But the rice wasn’t really fried (it was just covered in soy sauce) and was cold. The yum yum roll was cold and didn’t have yum yum sauce on it. The steak on the Ichiban roll was rubbery and cold. The quality actually had me concerned as to whether or not regulations are being fully implemented. Again, super customer service, but the food fell short majorly."
"Sushimi tasted like it had been sitting out for days and the spicy salmon roll tasted like cabbage. Won't be eating here again. My gf said she's had better sushi from Kroger."
