"So I went for a nice dinner. The service was really slow. The wait staff kept making excuses. At times the staff wasn't there at all. It would take 10 to 20 minutes to get a refill. The food was amazing."

"It was lunch service on Sunday, Feb 4, 2024. I ordered the endless shrimp. It took over 45 minutes for the food to arrived. The restaurnt was not crowed at all. I believe there were less than 15 people in the whole place. The wait staff kept apologizing for the wait. The food was average but was hot. I made the mistake of ordering another round of shrimp and this also took over 30 minutes for 5 fried shrimp to arrive. Again the wait staff apologized for the wait but gave no reason why. I am sorry to see this place struggle so much. I hope they can turn it around."

"We have eaten at Red Lobster restaurants all over the country. The food is always the same, good. The service is too usually. This time nothing went well. The machine on the table where I was suppose to register for my free appetizer would not work. When the fish arrived after a long wait the person asked if we ordered a salad. We did. We had no silverware. I went to the front to get the silverware. The salads were brought soon. Still no appetizer. When we finished our fish I asked about the appetizer. It came at the end of our meal. When we entered there was a sign to sign in for a chance to win shrimp for life. I didn't win, but was given a 10% discount. The bill came. Charged for the appetizer. No 10% discount. I asked to see the manager. It took him some time to get everything corrected, but he did. I hate to complain. I love Red Lobster. I don't know what the problem is here, but I hope they get it fixed. This one needs help!"

"This review is in reference to that I came here on a Sunday and I haven't been inside a Red Lobster in a long time. The food was simple and tasted pretty okay. The only things I didn't like about eating here were that the wait seemed really long and the area where we were seated was pretty cold. Towards the end of the experience, I pretty much just wanted to leave. But, I enjoyed the food, for what it's worth."
