"horrible customer service. the lady looked bothered by my presence. i made a simple mistake by assuming that the coupon i had was able to be used with one of the elite sandwhiches. what i got was. “if i would have saw that i would have told you No” No ma’am. you don’t have to talk to people like that. speaking as someone who works in customer service it was rude and disrespectful. probably going to start using the one off Sam Nunn. Never had an issue there….."
