"I’m not sure how this place has such good reviews. I’ve gone here a few times but my last visit was my last ever. I asked for a removal of my gel nails and a basic pedicure and the employee wouldn’t listen and repainted my nails afterwards. This was the result…. And I paid over $70 with tip. Literally a waste of money."

"Very disappointed. I have been going to this nail salon for a long time. There have been times I have had to wait and certainly understood. Today I waited as they took walk in customers that arrived after me so once my pedicure was done there was nobody to do my nails. The gentleman that usually does my nails said he thought I wanted my nails done after my feet, but he never gave me the option. He just kept working on the walk ins. Apparently I am not a valued customer so I will go somewhere else."

While reservations are preferred, walk-ins are welcomed and treated with the same respect. Parking is ample in this multi-unit mall located right along Hickory Flat Hwy (Hwy 140). The entrance is bright and welcoming, the salon smells clean, and all the products are carefully displayed. There are a wide variety of price points for service, suitable for all budgets. You are greeted with smiles, an offer of a soft drink or water, and a digital check in feature that sends you discounts and updates for future visits. Sanitation is taken seriously here, with barrier products in use and a large autoclave for sterilizing equipment. The stations are kept well, and all disposable materials are properly handled. Care of nails and skin is gentle and thorough, with the customer’s ideals in mind, or suggestions made for optimal health. From an international perspective, this little neighborhood gem is a standout for professionalism while still maintaining a casual and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!"
"So glad I found this place! I’ve never been disappointed! I’m always a walk-in and they find time to get my acrylic, gel nails done! I’ve gotten a hot stone pedicure here before and it is amazing. They know when they’re doing!"
