"Worst Moe's experience, as a group of 6 of us we all agree this is the worst Moe's we've been too, they had no chicken, steak was pink in middle, and food was just not good. Service was bad between 2 ladies (one especially). They just didn't understand simple questions and weren't helpful."

"First let me say the people who work here seem like friendly, great people. However, our experience was one that left me feeling like never ordering from Moe’s again. I had my husband pickup a to-go order for a later dinner here. I had just signed up for the app so I was supposed to get a free cup of queso so I added it to my order and did not receive it. Also all four of our entrees came without our protein options! And some entrees that were supposed to come with guacamole, did not have it. We spent $50 to have half completed order. It was a 35 minute drive back to the restaurant and they would’ve been closed by then anyway. To say we were disappointed and frustrated was an understatement. I did contact Moes customer service and they offered $20 back on my loyalty account but honestly, I just don’t feel like going back."

I watched both of their leadership in action as they worked as a team to quickly prep and refill food options and serve the customers. I feel certain they will clean up the grill, tortilla warmer and front food prep area when customer flow slows."
"The food here is amazing! It’s very comparable to chipotle but I actually like the seasonings here better. Food was made quick and staff was very nice and friendly. In the mood for a big burrito, or salad bowl, this is the place for you!"
