"First off, me and my husband came in and he had a great experience. His haircut was done the exact way he needed and I wish I could remember her name! On the other hand my stylist was awful! I told her what I needed and despite the fact that it had been a year since I have done anything to my hair; my stylist decided to critique more on what my hair looked like than actually taking care of it and giving me what I wanted. So beyond upset. But want to thank the lady doing my husbands hair!"

Her confidence gave me confidence, and I quickly realized that she would take care of me. "Quality of the haircuts is usually decent. I think $14 is a bit pricey for using clippers on the side and scissor-cutting the top, but not sure you can get a similar quality cut for cheaper elsewhere. They are usually pretty consistently busy and can run out of waiting room seating fast. I recommend checking in online, but I think they took that feature away on the mobile site in favor of checking in on the app. I refuse to do that because I don't need an entire app taking up space on my phone for something that I get every month or two weeks at most."
