"I hate to be the one… I had an appointment at 8 am there was no one at the shop till 8:30. I didn’t leave the shop until 6pm. There were many unexpected and unnecessary breaks and there was a point when an entire hour went by and no one was doing my hair. I also did not get the color hair that i asked for. I was the first person at the shop and i had an appointment i feel as though i should’ve been the priority, there is no reason why 3 people came in hours after me , got similar hair styles and leave before me. I was highly annoyed and felt like i was treated with such disregard and lack of respect for my time. I was originally told the service would be 4-5 hours but my service took 10 hours… i wont be going back."
