"I waited an hour to get my hair cut while I watched many people who came in after me get their hair cut. Once I was in the chair they apologized for the mix up so that was fine, didn’t mind, I understood. But what got me wasn’t the wait time, it was the comments I over heard from an employee (Alex) to her customer/friend. She told them after getting off the phone with a handicapped customer, said “ugh I hate people in wheelchairs.” Her friend said “I’m sure they do too” trying to make her comment better but she just seemed to brush it off and roll her eyes. That is what gave me a bad impression. The lack of compassion and rude comments made me sick. Seriously!"
"This location has amazing stylists that keep the store fun and friendly. They make you feel more like family rather than a client. They keep the store and their areas clean and organized. And all stylists have you walking out of there satisfied and confident!"
"Came in and got Alex to do my hair. It looks amazing. I love that they carry the colors my old salon used. Her manager Chasity is amazing. You can tell she really cares about her employees and them be successful."
"They took me as a walk in so I was super thankful! My stylist was nice however after she was done the color was MUCH darker than it should have been, pretty much black. She shampoo and rinsed 2 times the get the dye off my scalp but there was still a line of dye across my forehead. Once I got home I noticed the massive amounts of dye still on my neck. The color is nice, there are no spots missed but maybe work on a little finesse. I go (and pay) to get my hair done by someone instead of doing it at home to avoid messing up the color and to avoid making a mess but I got both of those things and a bigger bill to boot."
