"My experience was NOT a good one. Save your money and go else where. It was my first time and I will never go back. You go to get a pedicure to relax, enjoy a massage and to treat yourself. Someone named David did my pedicure. He did not soak my feet, did not put any solution in the water and proceeded to start trimming my cuticles and scrubbing with the pumice bar without soaking my feet at all. I asked to soak for a few minutes and asked for cuticle and he still did not do anything. Then he rushed the entire pedicure. When I walked in another lady just started her massage portion. We left at the same time. He rushed and took no time. It actually made me feel anxious be because he rushed through and I am not an anxious person. The option I chose said extra massage. He just slightly rubbed for about 1 and was done. I brought this to his attention and rubbed the top of my Foot for like 10 seconds more. It was the worst pedicure that I have ever had. You pay $40.00 and expect a decent pedicure. Then to top it off, when the lady at the front checked me out, she hit this add tip later function and I stayed that I tip in cash and wanted her to ring me up without that feature. She ignored me and hit another button and then was like, I already processed it and cannot change it. Then she was giving me a hard time about giving me a receipt. I wanted a copy to ensure that they do not go back later and add a tip. Then to top it off, they charged me a merchant fee. I know some places to that and if I know up front I am fine with it. Business are required to advertise it so you know up front. There was nothing posted anywhere. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had. I highly recommend you save your money and go else where!!!"
