"I called same day for an appointment for a Mani and Pedi and was able to get in on a Thursday late morning. I was greeted the moment I walked in and sat down as soon as I picked my colors. The pedi I picked felt so good and the tech took her time with every part of it. I don't think I have ever had anyone do such a good long massage. There was a little bit of a communication barrier as I did not want gel on my toes but it was my fault for not speaking up. I'm only giving 4 stars as I was nicked several times on my hands and the design didn't really match on my toes. One was larger on one toe than the other. I can deal with that but the nicks were pretty bad. I have huge scabs on 4 fingers. Overall would recommend this place!"

"If I could give less than one star I would, the lady that did my feet did an amazing job, absolutely Sweet and handled me with care. The lady that did my hands was rude, she seemed in a rush the finish my nails and was aggressive with the way she handled my hands. She kept yanking my hands and getting frustrated with the smallest things, like one of my nails getting messed up in the process. She aggressively tapped on my hand to let me know that I had messed the nail up. The back end of my nails look terrible there is pollish all over the place and the nails are too thick and crooked"

"I usually use a different place but it's been years since I have gone due to a car wreck that left me unable to drive because of my seizures so I went to have them done as my mother's Day present. Normally I do not take my small children to do things like that but I took my one-and-a-half-year-old with me because it was the only opportunity I had and it wasn't exactly ideal but the lady who did my nails just rolled with it I gave her a basic idea of what I wanted, she just picked right up and went along with it and did everything just the way I liked it without even having to really question much. I will definitely be going there again! She was super accommodating, fast and I was super pleased with her work :-) highly recommend!"

"Every time I come here there’s an issue. From water being sprayed all over me while trying to get a pedicure to the tech telling me he would be done in 20 min up to an hour later. Now ok we’re at a nail shop so ok we know the time is consuming. But he kept going over the same polish for over an hour. The nails are chunky and there is paint on her skin and down the lining of her nail. I asked for acrylic and he used powder. I asked him for pricing he said $55 no $60 and ended up charging me $75 because I told him we were going to be running late if we don’t hurry which is why I asked how much longer. Why tell me 20 min til you’re done just to take an hour going over the same nail design. Guess what the nail design was FRENCH TIP!!!!! The most basic and minimal design. SMH. I went here out of convenience but NEVER again!! Please don’t go here. It’s the worst place I’ve ever been to. THESE WERE DONE YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
