"See photos. This was a haircut given to my son. When I called about this (as he was taken while I was away), I was told the barber whose name starts with K wasn't there and to call the general manager. When I called I was told she was busy with a client and would call me back. I never received a phone call. Buyer beware."

"Went to get a haircut yesterday… had been trying to grow my hair out for a couple years but just wasn’t enjoying it so I wanted to go back to the shorter faux hawk I had where the back would be fairly short and the sides would be shaved but I’d still have a decently long top. The stylist I saw was hands down the worst person I’ve ever seen. I don’t know how she’s even allowed to cut hair. There’s a few reasons for this but not only is my hair choppy and parts are uneven enough I have to keep fixing things I find myself but I sobbed in my car and when I got home over how awful my hair is. It took me years to grow it out and she hacked it all off. I barely have any hair left. It’s the most distressing thing and I wish it was a nightmare I could wake up from. Do yourself a favor and don’t trust them with you hair."
