"Not very professional. Julia does pretty well with hair, but is very inconsistent with price and time. She opens at 9:00am, but when I made an appointment for 10:30am she wasn’t even there and didn’t give me a heads up. This has happened more than once. She also over charged me $40.00 for just a blowout and trim that’s usually only $15.00."
