"Definitely the worst wafflehouse experience I've ever had. The work environment was uneasy, unorganized and very unsettling/distracting. Had to wait an 1.5hr for a mobile order place ahead of time. I like waffle house, avoid this location."
"I didn’t have anywhere to be this Christmas so as usual I go to Waffle House because it is a Waffle Home. I have certain disabilities that make it hard for me to leave the house alone but I always feel comfortable coming here. My waitress was Cat and she was so kind and sweet, she put me at ease immediately and it just really made my day and Christmas to be able to spend time there with such kind people. Also after going to multiple locations looking for chocolate pie I was finally able to have some. I hope Cat and the staff that was working today (2nd) have the best holiday and the happiest of New Years"
"We used online ordering tickets place an order for 2 waffles. Just 2 waffles. And went in when it said it should be ready. It's now been 20 minutes and no waffles. Even if they were busy, when we walked in they could have poured them and been done in less than 5 and we're still waiting. Place isn't even full."

"This is the second time I've gone to this Waffle House. TERRIBLE!!!! 1st time I went, STACEY didn't make my omelet right. I wasn't going to go back, but I did. This time, I watched her make it. She didn't even scramble the eggs. She stirred them. I asked if she could make them fluffy by using the blender. STACEY outright said "NO I'm not making it over, and I'm not using the blender because I don't want to clean up the mess it would make." That’s not my fault. There should be something to help them when using the blender. The food was TERRIBLE. Her hitting the utensils on the griddle does not mean she is cooking good food. FOOD SUCKS!!! I'm going to the BBB. This makes no sense to treat customers this way. ZERO STARS!!!!!! I want to know who the District Manager is. This needs to be handled!!!!
