"Started out wondering while waiting for a table. It seemed clear they were understaffed for a Sunday lunch rush. While we were waiting it became apparent they were scrambling and doing the best they could. After a slightly longer than promised wait, we were seated and then served by what appeared to be a manager pitching in. Our drinks and food came promptly, as did shrimp refills (endless shrimp). I finally asked if she was a manager and she confirmed it. Tori handled a pressure filled lobby full of people gracefully and took great care of us. Thank you Tori! Our fish and and chips and endless shrimp dishes were hot and delicious."
