"I went here around 11pm on Saturday, 1/26, and I had the BEST experience I’ve ever had with fast food. Even though the system was down, the employees I talked to were very kind and apologetic, explaining that I had to order through the app. I did that - and when I went around the drive thru to pick up my order, they were just lovely. Even under a very stressful situation, they were so polite & helpful - overall providing an incredibly high level of service. I was very impressed!"
"This Taco super weird, their schedule says 8am-2am or 3am. I get off work around midnight or close to 1am and try to spend money with yall but they always close early. Like change yall schedule so Maps can take me to a Taco Bell that wants money. Whoever manager needa be fired. lol but yeah I did all this for a 5 layer beefy burrito idc"

"Came on 10/15/23 at 10:45pm. Cashier SHMAYA J was the nicest person ever. She was so polite and genuinely happy to serve. I had just left from the Taco Bell on N Druid and they were so rude and dismissive that’s how I ended up at this Taco Bell, afterwards, to begin with. Shamaya was so surprisingly nice and pleasant I can’t stress that enough. She made sure my food was correct, fresh, etc."
"Horrible and rude employee who took my order and the manager was even worse at around 1:10pm on 9/6/2023. I have gotten TWO cheesy roll-ups with tomatoes, onions, and beans added for over a year now, also get nachos and cheese and a small drink, and pay around $10 at many many different Taco Bells. Never any issue. This location tries to charge me $14. I ask the manager to help and she is rude and basically says the price is what it is. So, I got down the road 2 miles and get all of the above WITH THREE of my cheesy roll-ups as being angry makes me more hungry, and the cost is $13 which is what I would expect by adding one more roll-up. Absolutely incompetent people working at this location and obnoxious and rude to add to it!!!"
