"What would you pay for a meal such as this, I purchased 2, and I dressed this one up. The other I just can’t show you. A lot of people like this establishment, however I’ll pass!!! My order was totally unacceptable!!!!! I had to go back to complete my order, very dissatisfied with the food and establishment. Save your money and go to chick fila. The truth!!! The worst meal I ever had!!!! When I went back to get my cheese grits they were ice cold(HORRIBLE)!!!! The eggs tasteless. They have taken their customers for granted, and they should close, the’ve been in existence too long. Although the person at the window seems kind and friendly, she wasn’t willing to make amends for her grievance mistake. So nothing was exchanged for her error. Bad mistake!!!! You always address your mistake with a pardon, gravy, soda, coffee, not none of that!!! Time for a change!!!! When you pay this type money for breakfast you expect the best. This was the worst!!"
"I've had Martin's on several occasions since moving to the Hampton area. The food is good but I love the service. The ladies who work at this location always greet you coming and going. Great customer service. I have read the other reviews/complaints but most restaurants don't season their eggs or grits; which is why they provide you with salt, pepper, and butter. The consistency of the grits are almost always perfect. The butter biscuits are huge and delicious. I like Martin's and the service keeps me coming back."
