"I never write reviews, but I’m making this review right now because today Tuesday December 26 at 2 PM I witnessed a Wendy’s employee, taking a photo of a customer behind this is totally fine. I seen it with my own eyes and I didn’t want to speak up about it. If you are a manager or the owner of this franchise, please run the tapes on that day exactly around 2 PM"
"I ordered Chili last night from this location. I will say it was very flavorful, however, the meat in it was extremely scarce. We got a cup of beans. I asked my husband did his have any meat and he said the same thing, very little meat but beans plentiful. If they would add just as much meat as the do the beans, it would be worth it to buy."
"Worst Wendy's I've ever been to! Ordered a kids meal for my son. It came out so cold I couldn't guarantee it ever even got cooked! I asked for them to fix it explaining that it was cold and the lady at the front made fun of my complaint! She tried to blame me for it being cold because I sat it on the table for maybe 3 minutes while I helped my 3 year old get his drink! One of the other workers simply checked the food tossed it out and replaced it. Then the "manager" came over and pulled the tossed food out of the trash bin and checked it. The front cashier lady never even checked it! What I don't understand is don't they have thermometers to check the food temp? One of the back workers even clocked in taking a kid in the back kitchen area! If this wasn't enough they were out of everything and dirty everywhere! I wish I had gone to McDonald's! I wasn't a huge fan of Wendys in general but this takes the cake as the worst and probably the last!"
"This Wendy’s seems to be very busy. The drive up window line was long. She didn’t take my order right away when I got to the ordering station, she had asked me to wait while a few cars moved forward. My food was OK. The outer rapper was greasy, which took me by surprise because Wendy’s food is not greasy. Person working the window was courteous, friendly and professional."
