"Very good breakfast sandwiches as fast food breakfast sandwiches go. I got there about 8:00am. I was surprised and disappointed that the dining area was closed and all doors were locked. I must admit, I am not necessarily a big fan of Wendy's for no particular reason. However, for a breakfast sandwich, Wendy's is a top the drive through breakfast competition."
"I haven't gotten Wendy's or fast food in a long time. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but tonight Wendy's was a great experience. The lady taking my order at the window was cheerful, pleasant, and accurate. She was so nice. My food was ready very quickly, and was spot on without any issues. On top of that, the food was hot, the fries seemed fresh, and everything was really good. I'm not sure if this is how this Wendy's operates normally, but everything was just great. I don't typically go out of my way to give positive reviews unless it is warranted, but they most certainly deserved it. Well done, guys and gals!"
"This was my favorite local burger place since they reopened after the Covid remodel. Wendy's was my first job 20 years ago, and I've never gotten tired of their high standards for quality and consistency. This location, unfortunately, has been underperforming for the last few months. I'm not sure what prompted the decline. I normally visit for Sunday lunch, and I have had issues almost every time lately. It started with slow service, then wrong orders and zombie-like staff, and finally today I am served a nearly-raw burger. I hope the owner or corporate sees this and is able to clean up this location. Update: I returned a couple months later. Service was fast, accurate, and reasonably friendly. The food was hot and fully-cooked. I have updated my rating accordingly."
"First time visiting this location and a Wendy’s in a long time. The lobby was absolutely spotless and a definite upgrade to what I remember their lobbies looking like. The staff was not very personable, and the drink machine needed to be changed out a multiple sodas tasted bad. For being the only person in the queue for the lobby, our for cam out cold. Overall, not the worst experience, definitely not a memorable one. I recommend if you are going to go to this location, don’t go at night."
