"It took a little while but it was worth the wait. Good friends, family and great food! You can't beat it."
"0 stars. We had a party of 5 for and we waited for about 15 minutes for a table. Once we were seated, we waited 10 minutes for a waitress. Once she came, she asked for drink orders. When one person in our party didn't know what she wanted to drink she said I'll be back. Allowing 0 wait time for where are the drinks on the menu. She then was gone 15 minutes. and we had to ask for her. She still didn't come so we left and went to Outbreak Steakhouse where the experience was a 180. Very disappointed in Red Lobster."
"I just got a question, what is the point to make a reservation for valentine's day at a certain time and have to wait an hour after the reservation time? My husband and I just left and went else where. I just know we won't ever do that again. Making reservations should be seated at the time frame that we set it for not an hour later. They definitely need to organize that a lot better."
"Came here after a Service Extremely hungry, we were seated immediately at the bar but didn’t receive our meal until an hour later. Those seated after us received their food first and had eaten and left. When asked our food arrived shortly after. It was Cold and dry When the manager arrived only thing she did was apologize and offered an alternative meal but was definitely not genuine or polite. Long story short you’re better off going to Chili’s next door. Poor Customer Service and Management Being a restaurant owner I would be embarrassed at this experience"
"We had a great server who was attentive and made sure our drinks stayed full. We had the fried fish sanwhich, 2 kids fish plates, the grilled flounder with lobster w a Caesar salad. The fried green beans and biscuits were everything. The entrees were really good, and my husband cleaned his plate. My sandwich was big, I had to take it home. Clean floors! Oh, we had to send the clam chowder back bc it looks too oily. I would recommend this place."
