"Ordered through drive-thru the other day. I asked for sandwich ingredients to be placed on the side. Lettuce was wilted and most of it was brown so I asked for fresh lettuce. Lady at the window said, "We don't got no more. The truck won't be back until tomorrow". I was surprised because it was just 4p, so I asked again. "You don't have any? I'd like to speak to the manager". She said, "I'm the manager". I was shocked. She went back to ask another manager in the back and was told she had opened up a bag of lettuce earlier that morning and it looked like that. I asked her if no one else behind me was getting lettuce then and she didn't understand me because I later realized she was saying that everyone was getting the same lettuce that they'd given me.... smh. When she rolled her eyes, I told her she was disrespectful and she said, "Bay-Bay... (baby) I'm not disrespectful... and I cut her off. Couldn't believe she talked to me like that. She closed the window on me and walked away. Another woman came to the window with the same attitude and told me I was holding up the line. That's it. No apologies or anything. Been a customer for years, but not any longer. Sorry so long!!"
"This was my 2nd time trying them out. First time was a little better but this time they literally just don’t care. I wouldn’t feed this to a dog. Fries were hot but still tasted old. I’m done with this location."
